The House Spring/Summer 2014 collection continues consistently with denim forms, as seen in the brand’s latest line Jeans Session. The latest proposal of the House designers is to bring together denim elements and the look inspired by the nautical trend.
The jeans part of the collection includes clothes in various shades of denim, including marble wash shirts and trousers or faded jackets and shirts. Details such as printed patches and pockets add a fresh, fashionable touch to the whole look. Dungarees are an absolute must-have of the collection, returning in two shapes after years of being committed to the closet: classic long trousers or a skirt ideal for the first days of spring.
The denim look, which highlights the vintage theme of the brand, is ideally matched with the combinations of black and white or coral and navy blue, which are very fashionable this coming season. This contrasting motif of the collection is reflected in the designs of blouses, shirts and sweaters with zigzags and stripes. There are also mesh bombers and skirts and a number of ethereal, textile dresses and tunics maintained in the leading colours.
The spring style is complemented by leather jackets or ultra-light parkas, and accessories including shoes, bags, shawls and jewellery, matching the main themes of the collection.
